St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church was the setting for the Sept. 25 wedding of Melisa Kay Newsome and Brendan Michael Hare.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Cheryl Newsome, Cusick, Wash.

The bridegroom is the son of Marcia Hare, Spokane, and Kyle Hare, Post Falls.

A reception followed at Cavanaughs Inn at the Park. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Waikiki, Hawaii.

The bride, a graduate of Spokane Community College, is an outside sales representative for Smart Wireless. The groom, who graduated from Gonzaga University, is a sales representative for Performance Radiator.
