Students must have grade point averages of at least 2.5 and cannot be children of task force members. The major selection criterion is a demonstration of concern for human rights through community, school or individual activities.

Students in public and private schools, as well as those who are being home-schooled, are eligible. Applications are available high schools or by calling (208) 263-2809.
