Catherine Louise Skadan exchanged wedding vows with Christopher Shawn Walton in a Dec. 18 ceremony at Liberty Lake Community Church.

The bride is the daughter of John and Linda Skadan, Liberty Lake. Cliff and Gail Walton, Otis Orchards, are the parents of the groom.

A reception followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Seattle and Hood Canal, Wash.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in elementary education. The groom graduated from Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, with a degree in youth ministry.
