Titanium Metals Corp. of Denver filed a lawsuit in Colorado state court Wednesday asking for damages of more than $600 million from the Boeing Co. for alleged breach of contract.

Bank One Corp., shedding assets as it bids to recover from a year of lost profits, is selling a $2.15 billion real estate loan portfolio and exploring a sale of WingspanBank.com.
