Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Steven M. Beatty 46, Post Falls, failure to appear/forgery, parole violation/petty theft, $15,000 bond.

Gregory A. Benjamin 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, battery (two counts), unlawful entry, trespass, failure to carry a driver’s license, $14,800 bond.

Joshua O. Cargill 23, Spokane, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, $25,000 bond.

James B. Crowe 52, Los Angeles, grand theft, $5,000 bond.
