May Friendship Day

The Spokane Church Women United will observe May Friendship Day with a celebration from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. today at the Old Country Buffet, 5504 N. Division. The theme of the event, which includes a worship service and luncheon, is “Valiant Women of the Early Church: Models for Today.”

The cost of the luncheon is $6.50 per person. (535-4091, 455-6560).
