About 2,000 riders who sign up for Cycle Oregon will cover 400 miles in central Oregon and the Columbia Gorge during the annual tour Sept. 9-16. Participants will pedal 51-99 miles a day in scenic areas including the Cascade Lakes Highway near Bend. Cost for the popular tour is $629, and includes gear shuttle, 22 meals, snacks support and hot showers.
