Man Robs Store, Demands Drugs
A man walked into a South Hill pharmacy Saturday afternoon, displayed a gun and demanded drugs, Spokane police said.
According to police reports, the man went into the Walgreens RXpress at 1304 S. Grand Avenue about 4:15 p.m. and pulled back his jacket to reveal a handgun in his waistband. The clerk moved to the cash register, but the man told her he wanted drugs. The clerk gave the suspect the drugs he requested, and he left.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his 20s, about 5 feet 6 and 140 pounds, with a pointed chin and thin mustache. He wore a gray skull cap.
