Individuals, Groups Honored By Tesh Inc.

Tesh Inc. of North Idaho, a private, nonprofit business which provides independent living assistance, job training and placement, and residential support to disabled or disadvantaged citizens trying to re-enter the work force, recently recognized groups and individuals for their dedication and support.

Honorees and their awards are listed.

The Art Lennon Memorial Award: Susan Dubree, Coeur d’Alene, and Larry Rosenboom, Sandpoint.

Pathways to Independence Consumer Award: Anna Stocker, Coeur d’Alene; Traci Gissel, Sandpoint, and Charity Addis, Wallace.

Employee of the Year: Sheri Knobloch, Coeur d’Alene; Danielle Hayes, Sandpoint, and Jayne Strange, Wallace.

Employer of the Year: Coeur d’Alene Shopko, Sandpoint Pizza Hut and the Kellogg McDonald’s.

Advocate Awards: Nathan Bemis, Coeur d’Alene, and Russell Rosander, Sandpoint.

Other awards and recipients include: RaeNette Parisi, Coeur d’Alene, Special Recognition Award for being noted as the “heart of Tesh.”

The Advocate of the Year Award went to Robert Baker, Coeur d’Alene, who was cited for his devotion to people with disabilities.

Service Awards were given to Jennifer Ford of Coeur d’Alene for 10 years of service, and Sandy Ryan of Coeur d’Alene for five years of service.

Also commended were retiring board members Carol Ridge, who finished her second, six-year term, and Jane Bright, who completed a six-year membership.
