Daugert-Jacobsen Bellingham

The Duncan Gardens in Manito Park was the setting for the Aug. 27 wedding of Alice Vivian Jacobsen and Stanley Matthew Daugert.

The bride is the daughter of the late Alvin and Marcia Jacobsen. The bridegroom is the son of the late Lawrence and Elizabeth Daugert.

A reception was held at the home of Ken and Sherry Kerr. The couple are living in Bellingham after a honeymoon in Hawaii.

The bride, a graduate of Eastern Washington University, is a retired social worker for the Division of Children and Family Services for the state of Washignton. The groom, who graduated from Columbia University in New York, is a retired Professor of Philosophy from Western Washington University.
