Wall Lake Access

U.S. Bureau of Land Management

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management recently completed a land exchange and purchase that provides public access to Wall Lake on the agency’s land in Adams County, Washington.

About 475 acres were recently added to the 12,800-acre Escure Ranch, which bridges Adams and Whitman counties.

BLM purchased the original ranch last year for $2.6 million. Although Wall Lake is on the original ranch parcel, the road that accesses the lake crossed more than a mile of private land until the recent purchase was completed.
