Cda Students Help Homeless

Coeur d’Alene High School students are sleeping on the football field in cardboard boxes Oct. 20 to raise money and awareness for the city’s homeless people.

The Key Club is sponsoring the event and wants residents to donate money, blankets, clothes or personal hygiene items. All proceeds go to the St. Vincent de Paul homeless shelter and will benefit men, women and children.

Last year the club raised more than $400 for homeless people in Coeur d’Alene. For more information, call 667-4084 or 769-7222.
