Wedding vows were exchanged by Cheleena A. Tipps and Timothy W. Frye in an Oct. 7 ceremony at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas, Nev.

Kathy Knox, Alberton, Mont., is the mother of the bride. The groom is the son of Jim and Michal Frye, Spokane.

A reception will be held today at the Sons of Norway. The couple, who plan to honeymoon at a later date, are living in Spokane.
