NEW FACES:
Lisa J. Dickinson has joined the law firm of Feltman, Gebhardt, Greer & Zeimantz P.C. as an associate. She is a 1999 graduate of the University of Washington Law School. Dickinson will be based at the firm’s Spokane office in Suite 1400 of the Paulsen Center, 421 W. Riverside.
LineSoft Corp. has added the following people to its staff:
Randy Tilleman joined the company as a project manager. He will be responsible for the implementation and deployment of LineSoft systems nationwide. Tilleman, who was previously a senior applications engineer for Rockwell Automation, earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering science (systems control) from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.
Greg Berry was hired as an inside sales representative with responsibility for supporting inside sales activities directed at small to medium-sized utilities and those needing transmission and distribution software product solutions. He previously worked for Output Technology Corp. as an account manager.
Ed Gecovich joined LineSoft’s Kansas City office as a project programmer. He will assist project managers in Kansas City with specialized software programming. Gecovich graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering.
Steve Hoiness was hired as a project manager in LineSoft’s Software Development Group. He will oversee software development activities associated with the company’s LD-Pro product. Hoiness, who was formerly an electronic commerce supervisor at Kaiser Aluminum-Trentwood, received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Montana State University.
Bob Morris joined LineSoft as vice president of development. He will oversee product development, maintenance and support. Morris was previously vice president of research and development at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Pullman. He earned a bachelor’s degree in geophysical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering science from Montana Tech.
Randy Long was named director of human resources. He will direct all human resource functions, including training and travel. Long was previously senior director of human resources at ZymoGenetics Corp. in Seattle. He earned a BBA from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree from Abiline Christian University.
Jeff Bailey was hired as a software engineer. His responsibilities include development, maintenance and support of LineSoft’s product line and application software design and development. He previously worked for Dealerswap.com as a Web developer. Bailey earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Washington State University and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Eastern Washington University.
Jeff Budke joined LineSoft as a customer support engineer and will assist clients in installation, training and customer support. He was previously a project engineer for Acme Materials and Construction. Budke earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Eastern Washington University.
Jamie Veis, who was previously a field engineer for the Montana Bureau of Mines and Geology in Butte, was hired as a customer support engineer. He will assist clients in installation, training and customer support. Veis has a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Montana Tech.
Andrew Bruno joined LineSoft as a network systems engineer in its Information Technology Group. He will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing and enhancing the performance of LineSoft’s network. Bruno, who earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Gonzaga University, previously worked for Getronics as a software engineer.
Ted Lewis was hired as an account executive. Lewis, who previously worked for Getronics Corp. as a national accounts manager, will handle business development activities and account management associated with implementation, training and testing. He also will have a hand in defining system requirements, and work with account engineers to develop software specifications and perform software demonstrations.
Shay Bailey joined LineSoft as a project manager. His responsibilities include implementation and delivery of LineSoft systems for customers nationwide. Bailey earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn University.
KUDOS:
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission has presented a “Friend of Housing” award to Washington Trust Bank. Washington Trust was honored for its “leadership and long-standing commitment to providing homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income first-time home buyers.” The Spokane-based bank was one of six award recipients. The others are Jack Gallagher of Fannie Mae; Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing, Yakima; Don Hines, Tacoma Economic Development Department; Siobhan Ring, Tenants Union Statewide Advocate; and Majken Ryhers, chief of staff for state Rep. Frank Chopp and formerly with the Washington Low Income Housing Congress.
