Ellen Meisenheimer Oakland, Calif.
Memorial Mass for Ellen Ehrhardt Meisenheimer, 83, will be at 1 p.m. today at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church in Spokane. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Meisenheimer, who was born in Republic, Wash., died Tuesday.
Her family moved to Spokane when she was an infant.
She graduated from Marycliff High School.
Mrs. Meisenheimer moved to Oakland 15 years ago.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and Altar Society in Spokane, the Junior League of Spokane and St. Margaret’s Guild.
Two husbands, Edward Raddatz and John Ehrhardt, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Allen Meisenheimer; two sons, Peter and John Ehrhardt, both of Spokane; two stepsons, Kent Meisenheimer of Olympia and Keith Meisenheimer of Lake Oswego, Ore.; three stepdaughters, Debbie Baldwin of Oakland, Calif., Gail Buschini of Menlo Park, Calif., and Lisa Pedemonte of Napa, Calif.; a sister, Mary Waybright of Charlottesville, Va.; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Claire Simon Post Falls
No service will be held for Claire Simon, 90. English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Simon, who was born in Rathdrum, Idaho, died Thursday.
She was a lifetime area resident and worked as a medical technician at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include two sons, Rob Simon of Post Falls and Larry Simon of Spokane; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Eileen Kucklick Spokane
No service will be held for Eileen May Kucklick, 78. Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Kucklick, who died Tuesday, was born in Calgary, Alberta.
She was a 70-year Spokane resident.
Mrs. Kucklick worked as a switchboard operator at Rockwood Manor for 21 years.
She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Women’s Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, Frederic; two daughters, Cathy Pennington and Sharon Huey, and a son, Jack Huey, all of Spokane; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Antionette Dietrich Spokane
Service for Antionette P. “Toni” (Zundel) Dietrich, 70, will be at 11 a.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fairmount Memorial Park.
Born in Ruff, Wash., Mrs. Dietrich died Tuesday.
Her family moved to Harrington, Wash., and she graduated from Harrington High School.
In 1949 she married Claire Lofgren Jr. and lived in Spokane. He died in 1970.
In 1972 she married Thomas Dietrich. They moved to Eugene, Ore., in 1973.
Mrs. Dietrich worked as J.C. Penneys for 20 years.
She and her husband moved back to Spokane in 1993.
Mrs. Dietrich was a member of the Beta Signa Phi sorority.
Her husband died in 1994.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth and Kevin Lofgren, both of Puyallup, Wash.; a daughter, Luann Sells of Wenatchee; a brother, Russell Zundel of Harrington; two sisters, Geri Williams of Spokane and Francis Elam of Anchorage, Alaska; and nine grandchildren.
Margery (Prindle) Farley Spokane
No service will be held for Margery Lucille (Prindle) Farley, 81, at her request. The Neptune Society of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Farley, who died Thursday, was born in Pueblo, Colo.
Her family moved to the Spokane Valley in 1923, and she graduated from Central Valley High School.
In 1941 she married Albert Farley.
Mrs. Farley worked as a legal secretary.
She was a member of the women’s clubs at Liberty Lake and Hangman Valley golf courses, the Valley Garden Club and the P.E.O.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Nancy Stone of Longmont, Colo.; a son, Albert Farley Jr. of Spokane; a sister, Jean Giboney of Spokane; a brother, Art Prindle of Redwood City, Calif.; and three grandsons.
Edmund Anderson Coeur d’Alene
Graveside service for Edmund Richard Anderson, 68, will be at 11 a.m. today at Forest Cemetery, Riverview Section, in Coeur d’Alene. Yates Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Anderson, who was born in Huntington Park, Calif., died Thursday.
He moved to Coeur d’Alene with his family in 1938. He served in the Army National Guard in Japan and Korea and then served active duty during the Korean War.
In 1950 Mr. Anderson married Noritta Spracklen. They lived in Kennewick, and then moved to Renton, Wash., where he worked for Boeing and operated a motorcycle business.
He later opened a mobile catering business. He returned to Coeur d’Alene in 1970, where he worked for the Community Action Agency for two years. Mr. Anderson continued his caterering business for seven years and then went to work for the Kootenai County Landfill. He retired in 1992.
He enjoyed collecting, refurbishing and selling antiques.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ronald Anderson of Missouri and Michael Anderson of Mississippi; a daughter, Robyn Bechtold of Spokane; a brother, Robert Anderson of Coeur d’Alene; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Jolene (Marier) Smith Spokane
Memorial Mass for Jolene (Marier) Smith, 64, was Oct. 11 at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church.
A lifetime Spokane resident, Mrs. Smith died Oct. 5.
She graduated in 1954 from Marycliff High School.
Mrs. Smith worked in the credit department at Sears and then for the Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs.
Survivors include three sons, Mark Smith of Spokane, Michael Smith of Blaine, Wash., and Chris Smith of Bellingham; a sister, Pat Anderson, and a brother, Cliff Marier, both of Spokane; and two grandsons.
Harry Martin Spokane
Private service for Harry Lynn Martin, 42, will be held at a later date. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Decatur, Ill., Mr. Martin died Thursday.
He graduated from Mead High School.
Mr. Martin was a 40-year Spokane resident and worked as a laborer.
Survivors include his parents, Lynn and Lorraine Martin of Spokane; and a sister, Debbie Martin of Edmonds, Wash.
