Wayne And Ada Caldwell Spokane

Wayne S. and Ada Caldwell celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary Sept. 2 with a dinner at Northpoint Retirement Community.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Billye Lindley, Espanola, Wash.; Beverly Maxwell, Stockton, Calif.; Berdene Caldwell, Bellevue, Wash.; Bonnie Applegate, Spokane; and Brad Caldwell, Santa Ana, Calif.

The Caldwells were married Sept. 7, 1930, in Waukeeney, Kan. They have 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
