Jack Hebner

Experience: Currently the executive director of the Fulcrum Institute Dispute Resolution Clinic in Spokane and teaches speech at Spokane Community College. Hebner is also a practicing attorney and served on the Spokane City Council from 1982-94.

Education: Law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law; master of arts in speech/communication and bachelor of arts in communication from Washington State University.

Quote: “I believe in the simple approach. I administrate by walking around,” Hebner said. “I believe that cooperation ought to exist all the time.”
