Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Anthony F. Ferraro II 29, Spokane, failure to appear/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Jeremiah J. Halstead 23, Greenacres, Wash., failure to appear/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Thomas A. Little 52, Kellogg, failure to appear/assault, $3,000 bond.

Theodore E. Wold 30, Hayden, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Chad S. Cotsford 22, Kellogg, contempt/petty theft, $273 bond.

Alvin A. Huber 27, Athol, contempt/driving while suspended, $238 bond.
