Christa Chaye Harber exchanged wedding vows with Matthew Roy Miller in a July 28 ceremony at the Spokane Valley Fourth Memorial Church.

The bride is the daughter of Rick and Roxann Harber, Newman Lake. Darrell and Sue Miller, Galax, Va., are parents of the groom.

A reception followed at the wedding site. The couple are living in Munich after a honeymoon in Priest Lake, Idaho.

The bride and groom are both graduates of Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.D.. The bride is an English teacher. The groom is stationed with the Army in Munich, Germany, and works as a paralegal in the legal department.
