Wedding vows were exchanged by Rebecca Mineard and Aaron Hoover in a May 1 ceremony at the Nevada Playfield, Spokane.

Richard and Marlayne Kyle, Yakima, and Gerald and Linda Mineard, East Wenatchee, Wash., are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Debbie Hoover, Spokane, and Roger and Michele Hoover, Valparaiso, Ind.

A reception at the Masonic Temple, Spokane, followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Yakima after a honeymoon in Las Vegas.

The bride, a graduate of Eastern Washington University and Central Washington University, is an English teacher for the Yakima School District. The groom is a graduate of Perry Technical Institute and is a telecommunications technician at Northwest Telephone.
