Lowdown
Robbie Tobeck is a leader on the offensive front, not to mention a character on and off the field who can heckle with the best. The former Washington State Cougar is in the limelight of his career, but he shows no signs of slowing down. He captained an offensive line that helped Seattle score 404 points last year, second most in team history. Tobeck’s calf injury has transferred a heavy workload on Dennis Norman, who continues to develop on schedule. Norman was drafted in the seventh round in 2001, the first Princeton player to be selected since 1990. He made his NFL debut against Green Bay in a playoff game. He suited up a couple times in 2002 but didn’t play. Hollenbeck, another former Cougar, is improving and could be a candidate for the practice squad.
Fast Fact
Tobeck missed most of 2000 season following knee surgery, but he hasn’t missed a start over the last three seasons.
