Cathy Coyle reported Wednesday the $430 theft of tools from her home on the 1200 block of E. Mullan Ave.

John Bosanek, Livingston, Mont., reported Wednesday the $1,850 theft of two gold and opal rings from his room at Coeur d’Alene Inn, 414 W. Appleway.

Kris Lawhead reported Thursday the $974 theft of compact discs, an amplifier, and a wallet containing cash and miscellaneous items from his 1988 Honda Prelude while it was parked at the Tubbs Hill parking lot on 11th St.

Kootenai County sheriff

Carolyn Demarco, Hayden, reported Thursday $700 damage to a side window of a 2002 Kia Optima while it was parked on the 9500 block of N. Finucane Drive.
