Wilhelmina (Hohn) Schranck
Sagle, Idaho
Private service for Wilhelmina Christina (Hohn) Schranck, 89, was held. Burial was at Blooming Valley Cemetery in Corsica, S.D.
Mrs. Schranck, who was born in Dimock, S.D., died Aug. 10.
She married Lawrence Schranck in 1938.
The couple had lived in Eastern South Dakota, Rapid City, S.D., and Green Lake, Wis.
They moved to their rural home overlooking a mountain lake near Sagle 20 years ago.
She and her husband raised llamas until his death in 1993.
She enjoyed reading and working outdoors.
Survivors include a son, Larry Schranck; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Maude Morgan
Spokane
Visitation for Maude Iva Morgan, 89, will be today from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Nelson and Vial Funeral Home in Libby, Mont., with service to follow at 1 p.m. at the Troy (Mont.) Cemetery. Memorial service in Spokane is planned for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Manor Care.
Mrs. Morgan, who was born in Juneau, Pa., diedWednesday.
She graduated from high school in 1934 in Grangeville, Idaho, and from Kinman Business College in Spokane.
During World War II she worked at Galena Air Base, and in 1946 married Bert Morgan.
Mrs. Morgan lived in Troy until her husband’s death in 1974, when she returned to Spokane.
She moved to Manor Care in 2000 and served as resident council president for two years.
Survivors include a stepdaughter.
