Prepared Childbirth – For expectant parents in the last three months of pregnancy, this two-day class will discuss the stages and management of labor, breathing, muscle toning, relaxation, the role of the partner or support person and care of the mother after the birth, on Friday and Saturday from 6-9:30 p.m. at Deaconess Medical Center, 800 W.
