Mark Rypien to appear at Zi-Spa Join the Superbowl XXVI MVP Monday from 4-9 p.m. as he personally autographs NFL footballs with all donations going to the Mark Rypien Foundation, which he established to raise funds to support local activities and research associated with children with cancer. Cost: $5 for a miniature autographed football, $100 for a large one. Zi Spa is at 1859 N. Lakewood Drive in Riverstone.

Hangover Handicap Register beginning today through Dec. 30 for this five-mile run/walk on New Year’s Day. $15 registration benefits TESH. Wild Game Feast Tickets are on sale now for North Idaho College Alumni Association’s Wild Game Feast, Jan. 15 at the Coeur d’Alene Inn, 414 W. Appleway. Tickets are $50 and proceeds benefit the association and scholarships. Information: 769-7806.

Holiday Light Show continues through Jan. 3. More than a million and a half lights are on display and are best viewed from a Fantasy Cruise to the North Pole. The 40-minute cruises depart at 4:30, 5:15, 6, 6:45, 7:30, 8:15, 9 and 9:45 p.m. from the Third Street Marina. $11.75 adults, 10 and under are free. Information: 765-4000.
