KYRO Ice Skating Rink – Schedule: today, open skating, 6-8 p.m., and stick ‘n puck, 4:15-5:45 p.m.; Friday, open skating, 1-4 p.m.; Saturday, open skating, 1:15-3:15 p.m. Cost: $4 for adults, $3 under 14. Stick ‘n Puck is $4. Skate rental is $2. The rink is at the old Go-Kart Family Fun facility off of Seltice Way.

Really BIG Raffle – Tickets are now on sale for the 12th annual event. Tickets are $100 and 4,500 will be sold for the grand prize $200,000 custom home built by the North Idaho College Carpentry Program. All proceeds benefit educational needs at NIC. Information: 769-3271.
Wild Game Feast – Tickets are on sale now for North Idaho College Alumni Association’s Wild Game Feast Jan. 15 at the Coeur d’Alene Inn, 414 W. Appleway. Tickets: $50. Proceeds benefit the association and scholarships. Information: 769-7806.
Holiday Light Show – continues through Monday. More than a million and a half lights are on display and can be viewed from a Fantasy Cruise to the North Pole. The 40-minute cruises depart at 4:30, 5:15, 6, 6:45, 7:30, 8:15, 9 and 9:45 p.m. from the Third Street Marina. Cost: $11.75 adults, 10 and under are free. Information: 765-4000.

New Year’s Eve for Teens – Middle and high school students are invited to the ShockWave New Year’s Event Friday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. with live music, 3-on-3 basketball and other activities at the Bonner County Fairgrounds. Hangover Handicap run – a fund-raiser for TESH, starts at 9:30 a.m. Saturday on the Centennial Trail near Michael D’s restaurant at Sherman Avenue and Lake Coeur d’Alene Drive.
