COMING SUNDAY

At 34, developer Rob Brewster has rehabbed historic buildings, built a dormitory at Eastern Washington University, and opened restaurants.

His aim? To create a place where he wants to live.

“If I’m going to choose to live in a community, then I sure as hell want this to be the best community possible. I don’t want to live in a mediocre place,” Brewster recently told reporter Alison Boggs.
