Seahawks come to terms with Boulware
SEATTLE — Michael Boulware, a second-round draft choice, signed a multiyear contract with the Seattle Seahawks on Tuesday, the club said.
Terms were not disclosed.
An outside linebacker at Florida State, he is making a transition to strong safety, the Seahawks said.
He is the fifth of seven Seattle draft choices to sign. The team has yet to reach a deal with first-round draft pick Marcus Tubbs, a defensive tackle from Texas.
As a senior, Boulware was an Associated Press All-America third-team choice and named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference team.
Seattle is scheduled to open its training camp Monday at Eastern Washington University in Cheney.
