Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission – Garfield Bay Water and Sewer District is seeking a conditional-use permit for a public utility complex facility to allow for the expansion of the existing sewage disposal system. The meeting will be Thursday at 8:15 p.m. in Courtroom No. 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First, Sandpoint. At 6 p.m. it will discuss a zone-change request for a conditional-use permit for a commercial/private retreat for children with disabilities requested by George and Elizabeth McKinnon.
