Felonies

James M. Powell – 48, Sandpoint, driving under the influence, $10,000 bond.

Christy L. Rohrer – 33, Newport, Wash., failure to appear/check fraud-writing checks on a closed account (two counts), $2,000 bond.

River H. Roskowyk – 32, Sandpoint, insufficient funds check, $2,000 bond.

Sarah G. Stone – 26, Bremerton, Wash., grand theft, $30,000 bond.
