Railroad History Class Bike Tour – Charles Mutschler, Eastern Washington train historian, will lead a bike tour along the former rail line that runs through Turnbull Wildlife Refuge, Cheney, and will discuss the development of western railroads and in particular the Spokane, Portland & Seattle Railroad.
