“The Secret Garden” – Continues at the Lake City Playhouse today at 2 p.m. The show continues June 3-5. Curtain times are Thursdays at 7 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.; $14 adults, $12 seniors/students, $8 for children under 10. Information: 667-1323.

Pend Oreille Chorale and Chamber Orchestra – presents Haydn’s “Lord Nelson Mass” Friday and Sunday at 7 p.m. Friday’s performance is at the Gardenia Center at Fourth and Church Street, and Sunday’s performance is at the Seventh-day Adventist Church at 2555 W. Pine St., both in Sandpoint.

Summer Sounds at Park Place – Sweet Persuasion will perform Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at the park, 330 N. First Ave.

Events

Priest Lake Spring Festival Ends today. The festival includes a bake sale, parade, food booths, arts and crafts, a fun run and oral and silent auctions. For more information on times and venues visit www.priestlake.org.

Really Big Raffle Deadline – The deadline for automatic entry into the Early Bird drawing for a 36-inch color TV and a DVD/VHS player is Monday. Tickets are $100 each, and only 4,000 are sold. The grand prize drawing on July 7 is for a $200,000 home built by the North Idaho College carpentry students. Information: 769-3271.

Sailboat Dedication – Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Sunspot on the beach at North Idaho College. Two 14-foot Hobie Cat sailboats dedicated to NIC’s Outdoor Pursuits by the Kohli family in memory of NIC alumnus Ken Kohli will be dedicated. The event features free one-hour rentals of all Outdoor Pursuits beach equipment all day. Information: 769-7809

Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission – Garfield Bay Water and Sewer District is seeking a conditional use permit for a public utility complex facility to allow for the expansion of the existing sewage disposal system. The meeting will be held Thursday at 8:15 p.m. in Courtroom No. 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First, Sandpoint. At 6 p.m. the commission will discuss a zone change request for a conditional use permit for a commercial/private retreat for children with disabilities requested by George and Elizabeth McKinnon.
