Candy Cane Crawl – Explore Downtown Spokane’s holiday season with a walk sponsored by the Spokane Parks and Recreation Department, Dec. 17, 7-9 p.m. Participants will also hand out candy canes to selected downtown apartments and agencies. Dachshund Club of Spokane Holiday Party – Dec. 18, 4 p.m. at the Lilac City Dog Training Club, 1612 E. Houston.
