4-year-old twins, B.C. mother die in murder-suicide

ROSSLAND, B.C. – A woman and her twin 4-year-old daughters have died in what police described as an apparent murder-suicide.

Jennifer Ann MacNeil, 30, apparently rigged her vehicle to send the exhaust into the passenger compartment, then got inside Tuesday with her daughters Savannah and Seraphina, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Staff Sgt. Nick Romanchuk said.

All three were pronounced dead at the scene.

Rossland is about 135 miles north of Spokane.
