NASA Presentation – Dr. John L. Callas, Mission Science Manager for the Mars Exploration Rover Project will present a one-hour talk entitled, “The Corps of Discovery for Mars: The Mars Exploration Rovers” at 3:30 p.m. in the Silverthorne Theater at Lewis-Clark State College.

Patent and trademark research – The North Idaho College Small Business Development Center will host a two-session workshop Friday at the Workforce Training Center in Post Falls. The morning session from 9-11 a.m. will offer an introduction to patent and trademark research and is free. The afternoon session from 1-4 p.m. will offer a hands-on training session on how to use patent and trademark databases and search tools and is $15. Registration and information: 769-3333.
