Hispanic heritage dinner – In observance of National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Hispanic/Latino Resource Center, El Centro de Spokane, will hold a benefit dinner Friday, 6-8 p.m., at East Central Community Center, 500 S. Stone. The theme of the event is Latin Festival and will include Hispanic arts, crafts, music, and guest speaker. Reservations must be made by today by calling 455-6706.
