OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, charge and bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Douglas S. Callaghan – 47, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/offering false information, $30,000 bond.

Jeremy E. Durkin – 27, Coeur d’Alene, lewd conduct with a minor (three counts), misdemeanor probation violation/violation of a protection order, $280,000 bond.

Ronald D. Frazier – 34, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, no bail.

Angela K. Lynch – 26, Athol, probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Jacob L. Nemoede-Leonard, aka Jacob L. Nemoede – 25, Coeur d’Alene, possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

James M. Blake – 48, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, two days in jail.

Jose C. Chavez – 27, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/petty theft, $10,000 bond.

Billy J. Curran – 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, resisting arrest, $13,000 bond.

Thomas L. Dieruf – 21, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Jody A. Griggs – 29, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation and failure to appear, $22,000 bond, 69 days in jail.

James W. Hamilton – 51, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/inattentive driving, invalid driver’s license, two days in jail.

Keith R. Keating – 50, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended (two counts), and trespassing, 15 days in jail.

Jeremiah J. Keefe – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/no insurance, driving while suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license, $10,000 bond.

Timie G. Lenz – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, providing false information to law enforcement, nine days in jail.

Brandy C. Talbert – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Bruce C. Tuttle – 51, Fruitland, Idaho, failure to appear/stalking, 75 days in jail.

Rick A. Wheeler – 39, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Larry D. Williams – 57, Athol, failure to appear/driving under the influence, one day in jail.

Carlos T. Zelaya – 41, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, two days in jail.

Michael R. Zook – 46, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, 20 days in jail.
