“The Phantom” – Opens at the Lake City Playhouse, 1320 E. Garden, Friday with a gala at 7 p.m., curtain time at 8 p.m. This is based on the book by Arthur Kopit, and is the predecessor to “Phantom of the Opera.” Additional performances Saturday and Sunday, and Oct. 21-24, 28-31, and Nov. 4-6.
