Support for Post Falls Oktoberfest appreciated

On behalf of the Post Falls Historical Society Board of Directors and membership, we extend sincere thanks to area residents for their outstanding support of our 11th annual Oktoberfest.

More than 600 persons attended the event, and consumed hundreds of bratwurst. Attendance broke all previous records. The weather, city of Post Fall’s Q’emiln Riverside Park facility, and help of the Post Falls Community volunteers were outstanding, including members Cliff Hayes and Joe Doellefeld. Special thanks to our live and silent auction donors and winners. We greatly appreciated the diversity of business products, services, gift baskets, collector art and family favorite baked items.

We would like to thank the sponsors of the band Uncle Harold’s, which included Mountain West Bank, Panhandle State Bank, Washington Trust Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Mel and Mary Schell and Linda Wilhelm.

All proceeds benefit historic preservation projects, which are shared with the public, visitors to the area, and our children. Again, thank you for your outstanding support!
