“The Phantom” – Continues at the Lake City Playhouse, 1320 E. Call for Artists – The Moscow Arts Commission is seeking local and regional artists to participate in its third annual Winter Solstice Exhibit at the Third Street Gallery Dec. 10 through Jan. 28.
