See the Best of the Northwest

The Best of the 30th Northwest Film & Video Festival is coming Thursday to the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture, 2316 W. First, at 7 p.m. The program consists of a dozen short films juried from the annual festival, which takes place every November in Portland. Tickets are $7, $5 for students and are available at the door (363-5318).
