“Gint” Continues today at 7:30 p.m. in Schuler Auditorium in Boswell Hall on the North Idaho College. Additional performances Thursday through next Saturday. This NIC theater production is about a character that lies and seduces his way through life until he has to confront his actions. Directed by Joe Jacoby and starring Giuseppi Romano. “The Diviners” Continues today at 7 p.m. in the Lake City High School Auditorium, presented by Troupe de Wolfe productions, directed by Sandra Seaton. Additional performances Thursday through next Saturday. The play takes place in a southern Indiana town of Zion during the dust bowl. “Midsummer’s Night Dream” The Vietnamese production will be performed at the Panida Theater in Sandpoint at 8 p.m. Cost: $20 for adults, and $8 for students 18 and under. Information: 263-9191.

Job Fair at Schweitzer Today 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Sunday, noon-4 p.m. and next Saturday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Lakeview Lodge in the Village.

Modeling Auditions at the Coeur d’Alene Resort for the Festival of Trees Fashion show. Children through age 10 come at 10 a.m.; ages 11 and up and adults please arrive at 11 a.m. Women should wear a skirt.

Lakes Middle School Fall Carnival and Haunted House 5-9 p.m. with dinner from 5-7, carnival from 5-9, and haunted house from 6-9. Entertainment, bingo, cake walk and more. Free.

Kid’s Halloween Parade in Sandpoint at 2 p.m. Gather in the Power House Building Parking lot, and from there the parade will head down the sidewalks of Sandpoint. Businesses will have treats for the children.

“Gender Outlaw: Adventures in the Gender Trade” This film documents Kate Bornstein’s transformation from young boy into a transsexual lesbian, and will be shown at 2 p.m. in the Student Union Building Borah Theater at the University of Idaho. This is part of National Coming Out Day. Information: 885-7716.

Homespun Holiday Craft Bazaar 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in the restaurant at Twin Lakes Village Golf Course on Highway 41, four miles north of Rathdrum. Bake sale, lunch and exhibits by 20 artists. Food bank donations appreciated. Proceeds benefit Lakeland scholarships. Information: 687-3059.

Free Day at the Museum of North Idaho 11 a.m.-5 p.m. The museum is located in front of Coeur d’Alene City Park at 115 Northwest Blvd. For more information, call 664-3448.

Audubon Society Meet at the Fernan Forest Service parking lot at 7:30 a.m. or the cafe at the Rose Lake junction at 8 a.m. The group will ride bikes from Medimont to Harrison on the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes and bird watch along the way. Haunted House in Ridenbaugh Hall at the University of Idaho. Stories of the hall’s ghosts are legendary, and the students of Sigma Alpha Iota and Phi Mu Alpha stage this annual event to entertain and to gather food for the Moscow Food Bank. Tours are from 6-10 p.m. with the first two hours more “child friendly.” From 5-8 p.m. children and their parents can come to Theophilus Tower across from the student recreation center for an evening of free entertainment, food and candy. Tower residents will hand out candy on all 11 floors.

Halloween in downtown Coeur d’Alene Kiddie costume parade starts at Seventh Street at 3:30 p.m. and travels west on Sherman to the Plaza Shops. Trick-or-treat participating merchants from 4-6 p.m. Have your photo taken in costume at the Library Foundation Office at 424 E. Sherman from 4-6 p.m., with the proceeds benefiting the new library building.
