Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Rok T. Bass – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Cece A. Connery – 36, Kootenai, failure to appear/fraud-writing checks on a closed account, $500 bond.

Ronald L. Frederic – 27, Sandpoint, failure to appear/insufficient funds check fraud, $5,000 bond.

Kenneth R. Russell – 35, Chicago, fraud-criminal possession of a financial transaction card, $2,500 bond.
