Tech Preview The Spokesman-Review

With inspiration from nature and some help from MIT, a Carnegie Mellon professor has built a tiny robot that can walk on water, much like insects known as water skimmers do. The prototype could have many uses, such as monitoring water supplies for toxins or skimming contaminants off of water.
