Signing Babies 9 a.m., at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library. The class is for expectant mothers, babies ages newborn to 2 years, their parents and other caregivers. Participants receive a 50-word dictionary of American Sign Language to begin teaching their babies to sign. Free, but space is limited. Call 769-2315.

North Idaho Partners in Care Mobile Clinic will be at the Harrison City Hall from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. For an appointment, call 245-4556.

Hispanic Heritage Month “Sowing the Seeds of Purpose: Student Action and Organization,” will be presented by University of Idaho students Sam Lopez, Lorena Mendez and Joel Gongora at 6:30 p.m. in the UI Student Union building gold room. Information: 885-6291.

Family Life Skills Classes The 10-week, 60 hour course begins today for women, meeting on Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-8:30 p.m. The women’s day class will begin Tuesday meeting from 9 a.m.-noon on Tuesday and Thursday. The men’s classes will begin Tuesday, meeting from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Classes are held at the Life Skills office in Sandpoint, 2023 Sandpoint West Drive. Class sizes are limited; call 265-6796.
