• The Artist’s Tree, 828 W. Sprague Ave. – Gretchen Wilson-Paukert, Mercia Sheets and a variety of local glass and ceramic artists.
• Avenue West Gallery, 1021 W. First Ave. – “A Gathering of Friends: Avenue West First Birthday,” works by Cheryl Halverson, Linda Lowry, Marilyn Matherly, Patti Osebold, Kyle Patterson, Nadine Kay Sherman, Darrell Sullens, Beth Viren, Keiko Von Holt, Olivia Waterman, Charlotte Yokum and Dian Zahner. Artwork with a Sense of Humor,” featuring works in various mediums by Terri Cody, Tricia Florence, Rhea Giffin, Marty Johnson, L. • ComedySportz, 227 W. Riverside Ave. – Live interactive improv comedy played like a sport. Regular showtimes Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.
• Corbin Art Center, 507 W. Seventh Ave. – “Historic Photo Reproductions of the Corbin and Moore-Turner Heritage Gardens.” Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Creighton Gallery, North Star Ceramic Center, 714 E. Sprague Ave. – “Oceania-Terra Firma,” ceramic art by Sandy Roistacher.

• Freedom Center, Second and Lincoln streets – Peters and Sons Flowers and Gifts will feature paintings by Steve Belzman and “Reprise ‘04,” an exhibit of mixed media work by Margot Casstevens and Kurt Madison. In the lower level at Grande Ronde Wine Cellar, see live demonstrations Friday by pastel artist Susie Snider and painter Betty Eaton-Rhea, and on Saturday by artist Shirley Hackett. Other works on exhibit by glass worker John Stokesberry and painter Marsha Marcuson.
