You’ll not hear a peep from this fawn-coated dog as the rest of the shelter residents yelp for attention. But don’t let the calm introduction fool you. Out of the cage, the true Echo emerges and he is all puppy – a desperately-wanting-to-play puppy. Echo was found on Tubbs Hill last June with nothing but a flea collar. He’s spent almost an entire year at the Kootenai Humane Society and has missed out on a lot of playtime. He loves toys and other dogs.
