Summer meals

The Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls school districts are participating in the summer food service program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. The program will run, through Aug. 19 at the following schools and times.

Coeur d’Alene

Borah Elementary – 632 Borah Ave., breakfast, 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch, 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Fernan Elementary – 520 N. 21st St., breakfast, 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Hayden Meadows Elementary – 900 Hayden Ave., breakfast, 7:30-8 a.m and 8:15-9 a..m., lunch, 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Ramsey Elementary – 1351 W. Kathleen Ave., breakfast, 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Sorensen Elementary – Ninth St. and Coeur d’Alene Ave., breakfast, 8:30-9 a.m., lunch, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Project CDA – 725 Hazel Ave., breakfast, 7:30-8:15 a.m., lunch, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Monday – Chef Boyardee ravioli, salad, pears, dinner roll.

Tuesday – Cheese quesadillas, black bean and corn salad, fruit, cookie.

Wednesday – Turkey sub on wheat roll, broccoli salad, fruit, ice cream.

Thursday – Breadsticks w/sauce, string cheese, grape cluster, cookie.

Friday – Baked potato w/chili, veggies, cantaloupe.

Post Falls

Frederick Post Elementary – 205 W. Mullan Ave., breakfast, 8-9 a.m., lunch, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls Middle School – 301 E. 16th Ave., breakfast, 8-9 a.m., lunch, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls High School – 2832 E. Poleline Road, breakfast, 7:15-8:15 a.m., lunch, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Monday – Cheese pizza, salad, veggies, fruit, cookie.

Tuesday – Burrito, cookie, fruit, veggies.

Wednesday – Pretzel w/sauce, fruit, veggies.

Thursday – Chili nachos, veggies, fruit.

Friday – Chicken sandwich, Curious George snack, veggies, fruit.
