Kootenai County

The county has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Armando G. Alvarez – 35, Post Falls, failure to appear/rape, $25,000 bond.

Bradley J. Amaral – 34, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Brian P. LeBlanc – 21, Sandpoint, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

James L. McKinley – 44, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Warren C. Williams Jr. – 20, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $11,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Ashley M. Arnold – 22, Post Falls, failure to appear/ false information to an officer, 10 days in jail.

Jonathan H. Bain – 33, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Nicholaus C. Bulgar – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Andrew F. Chapin – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, five days in jail.

Nickolas C. Cleveland – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), 15 days in jail.

Micky L. Clingenpeel – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Melvin T. Cowperthwaite III – 33, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license, $1,000 bond.

Phillip J. Dorr – 24, Post Falls, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Paul W. Forster – 21, Hayden, inattentive driving, $2,000 bond.

Thomas J. Jaeger – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, failure to display insurance, 15 days in jail.

Hank D. Northrup – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, 20 days in jail.

Dorothy J. Shipcott – 40, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, five days in jail.

Rex N. Taylor – 33, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, no liability insurance, $500 bond.

Carol A. Winters – 51, Cocollala, failure to appear/false 911 calls, battery on a peace officer, 348 days in jail.
