Alateen – meets Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Room 1, Coeur d’Alene; call Barb at 665-7311 or Ana at 762-1535.

Al-Anon – a nonprofit for family members and friends of substance abusers, meets Mondays at 6 p.m. at Country Club Lane and Main Street in Pinehurst; Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at the Nazarene Church, Fourth and Honeysuckle, and Wednesdays at noon and 5 p.m. at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 625 E. Haycraft; and Fridays at noon at Kootenai Medical Center, Classroom 1; 676-0549.

Alzheimer’s Disease Support Group – meets the third Saturday of every month, 1:30-3 p.m., Kootenai Medical Center’s classrooms; 772-2542.

AMEND Center – a comprehensive educational, treatment and support center for men is located in the Courthouse Plaza, 520 Government Way, in Coeur d’Alene; 665-2432.

Anger Management Class – meets Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. at Amend Center, 520 Government Way, Coeur d’Alene; 666-2030.

Amputee Support Group – meets the last Wednesday of the month, 6:30 p.m., Kootenai Medical Center classrooms; 666-2030.
